Q: What is the commission plan at Pro Deo Realty?
A: Each agent has a $10,000 cap, with a 90/10 split. After the $10,000 cap is reached within a given year, agent keeps 100% of the earned transaction commissions. For groups or teams of two or more, other attractive cap/split packages are available.
Q: Are there any monthly or recurring fees required?
A: The is a monthly office fee of $80, which covers the Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance and ShowingTime access for the agent. There are no other fees beyond the cap noted above and the monthly fee stated here. Note that both the E&O and ShowingTime access is subsidized by the Broker.
Q: What else does Pro Deo Realty offer agents?
A: Pro Deo provides Lone Wolf and ZipFormPlus premium brokerage software free of charge to all our agents, for contracts, transactions, and compliance. We have invested heavily in the best back agent software on the market, which enables our agents to 1) seamlessly complete contracts more efficiently, with a direct link to MLS data and listings, and 2) streamline the compliance process to ensure agents can get CDAs in a timely manner and avoid wasting valuable time submitting documents for review using one of the many cumbersome antiquated software packages that many brokerages rely on.
Q: Does Pro Deo provide a CRM for agents?
A: Yes, we have an excellent, robust, easy-to-use CRM available to all our agents! We conducted an extensive research project of literally dozens of available CRMs in marketplace – both those for general sales and those specifically built for the real estate industry. We identified Follow-up Boss as a real-estate industry leader, consistently getting top reviews and used by hundreds of top-producing real estate teams and brokerages across the country. Follow-up Boss allows each agent to manage their contact database, customize follow-up actions, create custom drip-campaigns, and even integrates BombBomb and dozens of other third-party real estate tools, allowing you to provide exceptional service to your clients. This is provided at no charge to agents!
Q: Does Pro Deo Realty provide office or meeting space for agents?
A: Pro Deo does not provide permanent office space or meeting space for agents, but we can accommodate flex space or meeting space. There are also reasonably priced options for office space or flex space within the Caddo building. I have free conference space available to me at the Caddo office building. If an agent needs a conference room booked for a meeting, we can accommodate those requests depending on frequency. The Pro Deo Realty main office is in McKinney, in the Caddo Office Building on Eldorado Parkway and Ridge (6401 Eldorado Parkway, Suite 202, McKinney TX 75070), and they have suites available for rent, and also have something called a “Y Membership” which allows users for $225/month to have flex workspace and book up to 8 conference room meetings a month.
